DG in DG shoes

They run a 1/2 size small like all keen shoes.I wore the previous disc golf shoe Milo II for a year with heavy use and enjoyed them, they eventually fell apart. I was satisfied with the MiloII, so I put in a special order to Keen for the Delaveaga due to them being backed up on this shoe, which ended up being a couple weeks. I've now had them for a few months.This new Delaveaga was intended to fix the problems with the old shoe and has reinforcement areas around the toes to reduce wear from sliding on concrete.When I put them on for the first time I noticed they were immediately comfortable and didn't even require a breakin period, which is rare for any shoe that I've bought. The waterproof appears to work and the traction has been great in the mud. The shoes are not extremely stiff when your weight is on your toes as some of the other hiking shoes are. They also do not feel bulky or heavy as some hiking shoes do.I'm extremely happy with these except for one issue. Keen has been having issues with their glue. I actually had a pair of Keen shoes prior to the Delaveags that the rubber around the sides on the bottom became a flap after playing only one round. Keen replaces damaged shoes, so I took them back to the retailer and had them replaced with Delaveagas. Again my first round with now the Delaveagas I had the same issue. I took them back again for a Delaveaga replacement. Played a few rounds in my new pair and the rubber is now holding up with no signs of wear.I've gone through several pairs of shoes used for disc golf over the years, this is definitely my favorite pair due to comfort and not feeling bulky or stiff.

Great Disc Golf Shoes

I bought these great versatile-sturdy-weatherproof Keens for my boyfriend to play disc golf in. He loves them. He likes the high arch for support, the ultimate rubber toe strength and the shoes don't show any wear and tear, even if he has played in them every weekend since I bought them for his birthday.

What can I say, am a big fan of Keen shoes. I have owned several pairs of Keens, so when I saw the golf shoe I had to have a pair. I am pleased, but not especially happy with the red accents on the black shoe. The shoe is comfortable for a long day of golfing. Recommended.....
