Great Shoes for awhile

Very comfortable, no slipping on ground or skidding on hard surfaces. Good support, and there was no perceived break in period. They were great out of the box. However, after using them once or twice a week for a year, I noticed they were starting to de-laminate. The sole was coming off of the shoe. I also had this problem with a pair of Adidas trail shoes, though after a much longer period of time. I tried contacting Adidas to no avail. They didn't call me back or return an email, not even to say, "I'm sorry, but that is not covered under warranty." I'm sure I could fix the problem with some Shoe Goo, but I was really perturbed that Adidas treated me like the lowly peon that I am. I tried these shoes after 5 years of great usage from my FootJoy shoes. When I didn't hear back from Adidas after one week I purchased a new set of FootJoy shoes. Needless to say, I will spend no more of my money on any Adidas products -- no more shirts, gloves, hats, golf bags, nada. I'm convinced that means nothing to their bottom line, such a small purchaser as myself, but there it is.

i like this shoes.These shoes are very comfortable and good shoes.Adidas golf shoes also are recommended.We like fast, wrapped in shipping prices.I hope many people's favorite.

You will have to search hard to find shoes as comfortable as these. For the first time in about 10 years, I can walk 18 holes without my feet aching. They don't pinch the toes and even when they are wet they feel great. The soft spikes offer very good traction without slippage. That is the good news. However, after about 20 rounds I noticed the interior lining of the shoe near the heal was starting to wear through and now after a season the interior lining is full of holes. For a shoe that retails for over $150 you expect at least 2-3 seasons of 40 rounds of golf per season to hold-up. That's exactly what I get from my $60 Footjoys. And to top if off the 'custom' spikes go for about 30% more than more traditional plastic spider spikes. I contacted the Adidas support line three times to see if this was a normal wear pattern and got no reply. Thanks Adidas - you just lost a customer for life.
