wrong size

this is a comfortable shoe as told by someone else who purchased them. For me, the company sent the wrong size. A size WIDE and not the regular. Thus, they were not the Xmas gift for my husband that I had planned. Very disappointed that the size was wrong when the order was for the correct 'medium' or standard size 11.
